Roastery Suggested Brewing Method:
– Use 17g of coffee beans
– Coffee to water ratio: 1:15
– Use a medium-fine grind
– Brewing time: 2:30–3:00
– Water temperature: 90–93°C

Pour Steps:
– First pour (blooming): 55ml / 00:00–00:30
– Second pour: up to 155ml / 00:30–01:15
– Fourth pour: up to 255ml / 01:15–02:30–03:00
